A Cook's Tour

A Cook’s Tour raises proceeds to support Western New York hospitality workers in need through a celebration of the life of noted celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain. This annual benefit features more than 30 local culinary and beverage professionals, offering attendees a glimpse into the hospitality industry while supporting those who make every restaurant and bar visit possible and enjoyable: the employees.
Stillwater Farm Dinner

Family Meal Hospitality Trust is honored to be part of Stillwater Farm’s 2024 Dinner Series. We are a certified 501(c)(3) founded in 2020, focusing on supporting hospitality workers facing financial, emotional, or mental health challenges. We strive to provide tangible and timely aid, empowering individuals to overcome challenges and continue contributing to the vibrancy of our community. We proudly support the close-knit local food and beverage community, Stillwater Farm, and its mission.
The dinner will consist of five courses prepared by the powerhouse team of Ross Warhol, Jake Strawser, and Jill Gedra. All proceeds will go toward assisting Buffalo’s hospitality industry workers in need.
